1. Heard Mr. S. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

2. It is seen that after earlier rejection of the prayer for bail of the Petitioner on 25.1.2021 in BLAPL No.10426 of 2019, the Petitioner did not move his prayer for bail afresh, but repeated his prayer under Section 439, Cr.P.C. before this Court in the present application. As such, the same is not found entertainable in absence of any fresh rejection order by the concerned court below.

3. Accordingly, the BLAPL is dismissed as not entertained. ( B.P. Routray) Judge B.K. Barik
