This application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail in connection with Cuttack Sadar P.S. Case No.516 of 2021 for commission of alleged offence under Sections 385/294/323/324/307/506/34 of I.P.C. 3.

Petitioner had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.11777/2021, which was disposed of on 24.11.2021. Petitioner again filed another ABLAPL, the prayer in the same was also rejected. For the third time, Petitioner has come up with a ABLAPL.

Considering the fact and submission, this Court is not inclined to review the earlier order, more so, the second bail application has been dismissed by this Court. Accordingly, the present ABLAPL also stands dismissed.
