ORDER
22.06.2022 1.
1.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Order No.
2.
Even after indication of the Court that such type of writ petition is unsustainable, learned counsel for the petitioner continued to argue the matter to get the relief involving a wholly unsustainable writ petition. This Court does not expect from Mr.Trilochan Panigrahi, learned counsel after having put up several decade of experience in the High Court to come up with such litigation. This Court while deprecating filing of such writ petition dismisses the same wholly on untenable ground. This Court imposes a cost of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) to at least check filing of this sort of litigation in the High Court. The cost be deposited in the High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund within a period of seven days hence. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Sks
