This writ petition involves the following prayer: Order No.

"It is, in the circumstances, humbly prayed that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. parties to show cause as to why this writ petition shall not be allowed and if the Opp.

parties do not show cause or show insufficient or false cause then after hearing the Counsel for the parties be pleased to allow the writ petition by directing the Tahasildar, Sundargarh (O.P.No.2) to issue record of right (Parcha) in favour of the petitioner by disposing of the Mutation Case No.879/1018 at the earliest and be further pleased to pass any other or further order/orders as deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;

And for the said act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Considering the limited request for disposal of Mutation Case No.879 of 2018, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Sundargarh-opposite party no.2 to dispose of the Mutation Case No. 879 of 2018 in accordance with law by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
