This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 15th September, 2008 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.-II), Bhadrak in Criminal Revision No.20/05 of 2004/2008 vide Annexure-1, by which, the learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.-II), Bhadrak has allowed the prayer to arrayed the Petitioners as co-accused in the aforesaid case to face the trial by setting aside the order dated 6th February, 2004 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak in G.R. Case No.456 of 2000 refusing to take cognizance against the Petitioners under Section 319 of Cr.P.C.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioners when the matter is called.

As such, the CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.
Interim order dated 26th October, 2010 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.1958 of 2010 stands vacated. 6.
