2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order of cognizance dated 06.04.2015 passed by the learned J.M.F.C. (O), Bhubaneswar in G.R. Case No.851 of 2014.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this petition but liberty may be given to the Petitioner to raise all the contentions available to her at the time of framing of charge.

4. Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, this CRLMC stands disposed of as withdrawn.
