1. Learned counsel for the BPCL informs the Court that the BPCL is no longer operating from the land in question.

2. The only prayer now is for an allotment of alternative land. For that purpose, it will be open for the BPCL to make a representation to the Paradip Port Trust (PPT) not later than 2nd May, 2022. Such representation if made within the said time be examined by PPT and a decision thereon shall be conveyed by PPT to BPCL not later than 4th July, 2022. No further directions are called for. The writ petition is disposed of.
