Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Mr.S.P.Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the order involved has been complied with. 3.

The Writ Petition being W.P.(C) No.37976/2021 was disposed of by this Court with the following order :- "1. This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for issuance of mutated R.O.R. pursuant to the direction made by the Tahasildar, Jagatsinghpur in Mutation Case No.140 of 1989.

3. Mr. Patra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to inaction of the Tahasildar, Jagatsinghpur in issuing R.O.R, in favour of the Petitioner, she has filed Revenue Misc. Case No.19 of 2020 before the Tahasildar, Jagasinghpur for implementation of the order passed in Mutation Case No.140 of 1989. But, the same is not being taken up for consideration. It is his submission that interest of justice will be best served, if the Tahasildar, Jagatsinghpur takes early decision in Revenue Misc. Case No.19 of 2020.

4. Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State, on instruction, submits that Revenue Misc. Case No.19 of 2020 is posted today for hearing before the Tahasildar, Jagatsinghpur. After hearing of the case, necessary order will be passed.

5. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Jagatsinghpur-Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision in Revenue Misc. Case No.19 of 2020 stated to be pending before him as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of an authenticated copy of this order.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022." 4.

Today on production of the final order involving Misc. Case No.19/2020 disposed of pursuant to the direction of this Court in disposal of W.P.(C) No.37976/2021, it becomes clear, the said Misc. Case has been rejected. In the circumstance, this Court finds, there is full compliance of the order of this Court. Party, if aggrieved by such action of the Competent Authority, upon advised may undertake appropriate exercise.

The Contempt Proceeding stands dropped.
