The Petitioners, namely, N. Narayan Reddy, Nilakantha Dash, N. Girija Prasad Reddy and Simanchala Sahu, have challenged the order dated 12th November, 2014 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Chhatrapur in G.R. Case No.9 of 2014 by way of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. It is observed in the said order dated 12th November, 2014 that one of the accused, namely, Padma Charan Sahu was granted bail with certain condition before the Police pursuant to the order passed in ABLAPL No. 2516 of 2014 by this Court. However, with respect to other accused persons arraigned in the said case, since no step was taken and they remained absent, the learned S.D.J.M., Chhatrapur issued N.B.W.(A), by order dated 12.11.2014, which is under challenge in the present proceeding. It is observed by the learned S.D.J.M., Chhatrapur that the date of investigation of the case has already been completed and the charge sheet had been submitted.

When the matter is taken up today, Mr. Sujit Kumar Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioners prayed for withdrawal of the matter.

In view of such prayer of the counsel for the Petitioners, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn.
