This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. P.S. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the trial in this case has already commenced, but the victim is avoiding to be examined in the trial Court and, therefore, the bail application may be disposed of with a specific direction to the learned trial Court to examine the victim at the earliest preferably within a period of three months and, thereafter, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

Mr. P.K. Pattnaik, learned A.G.A. for the State does not raise any objection to such submission.

In view of the aforesaid submission and prayer, this Court without adverting to the materials on record on merit disposes of the present bail application requesting the learned trial Court to examine the victim at the earliest by taking sincere steps preferably

// 2 // within a period of three months from the date of receipt/communication/production of the copy of this order and, thereafter, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. 5.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
