Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner referring to Annexure-4 and 6 brings to the notice of the Development Authority in initiation of proceeding for cancellation of plot involved therein in Sector-13. It is alleged even after for personal appearance and showing cause therein there is no disposal of such proceeding. Thus, a direction is sought for targeting the disposal.

This Court hearing the submissions of the respective counsel and disposing of the writ petition directs in the event, the proceeding initiated vide Annexure-4 herein involving the Petitioner has not yet been completed, same may be completed at least within a period of two months, further providing opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.

Petitioner may serve a copy of this order on the Competent Authority and take the date of posting for hearing at least within a period of seven days.
