Petitioner alleges that in the earlier round of litigation involving W.P.(C).No.6498 of 2020, disposed of on 20.02.2020, this Court protected the interest of the petitioner. This is second round of litigation to have apprehension that even though the State in clandestine manner attempted to settle the petitioner's land in favour of some others but without involving the petitioner. This Court did not find any foundation to such allegation. The writ petition is filed in mere apprehension. This Court finds the writ petition is not entertainable at this stage. However, keeping in view the existence of apprehension in the mind of the petitioner, this Court observes in the event any such apprehension arises, petitioner may move appropriate application. 3.
