1. The Petitioner has a general grievance about nonOrder No. implementation of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act throughout the State of Odisha. The prayers are framed in too broad a language making it impractical to grant any effective relief, The Petitioner would be better advised to focus on specific instances of adverse effects of non-implementation of the Act and seek appropriate remedies in such instances.
