There are several defects pointed out by Stamp Reporter. Although the matter has been filed since 12th June, 2018 no step has been taken to remove the defects and get the matter listed. 4.

On perusal of record, it appears that the Petitioner challenges the order dated 4th September, 2015 (Annexure-1 passed by learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Rayagada in CC No.198 of 2015.

As none appears to pursue the matter, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
