This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to family members were suffering from Covid-19, they could not surrender in time. Hence, the present I.A. has been filed for extension of time to surrender.

Considering the submissions, it is further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 13.06.2022, if they surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Titilagarh on or before 16th of August, 2022 as last chance.
