Against the interim order dated 17.08.2015 passed by the learned Odisha Adiministrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 2608 (C)/2015, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum as the original application is pending for adjudication.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
