Mr.Nanda, learned Addl. Government Advocate files a copy of the report dated 13.7.2022 submitted by the SubCollector, Talcher & Chairman, Sub-Committee, M/s JITPL, Derang to the Revenue Divisional Commissioner(ND), Odisha, Sambalpur. The same be tagged to the records. 3.

During course of hearing, Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this application with liberty to file a better petition. 4.
