2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"to direct the opp. parties more particularly to O.P. No.4, the ARCS, Nayagarh to ensure that the benefit of letter issued by Opp. Party No.2 as per Annexure-5 is made available to the petitioner forthwith w.e.f the date of its issue and the petitioner is paid with differential amount by O.P. No.5 & 6 respectively within a stipulated period, and further be pleased to pass such other order(s)/issue directions(s) or writ(s) as may be deemed just and proper in the bona fide interest of justice."

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
