This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioner No.1 has already returned the money to the informant but only to harass him the informant demanded more money from the Petitioner No.1. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners have not assaulted the informant. 5.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C.(R), Balasore in C.T. Case No.966 of 2019 arising out of Balasore Sadar

// 2 // P.S.Case No.289 of 2019 and move for bail within a period of three weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned magistrate may deem just and proper. 6.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
