This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 26.10.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.5742 of 2022.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 26.10.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 7th and 8th line of paragraph-3 of the order, Baramba P.S. Case No.207 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.198 of 2022 be substituted by "Khallikote P.S. Case No.246 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.574 of 2022".

Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today. 4.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
