The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. P.K. Mohanty, along with Ms. S. Das, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr. D. Patnaik, learned counsel for claimant - Respondent No.1.

It is submitted by both parties that though the amount of Rs.11,50,000/- was proposed by the court to which the parties were agreed but inadvertently in the order dated 16th August, 2022 it has been wrongly mentioned as Rs.10,50,000/-. Accordingly the claimant - Respondent No.1 prays to correct the amount to Rs.11,50,000/-. 4.

Upon hearing both parties, the order dated 16th August, 2022 is modified to the extent that the proposed amount is Rs.11,50,000/- along with interest @ 6% per annum and as such the insurer - Appellant is directed to deposit the reduced compensation of Rs.11,50,000/-. The amounts and figures mentioned in paragraph 4 and 5 of the order dated 16th August, 2022 be read as such.

This order be read as a part of the order dated 16th August, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of.
