This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the present Petitioners were not present at the spot at the time of occurrence, but due to political rivalry, the Petitioners have been implicated in this case.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Niali in G.R. Case No.163 of 2022 arising out of Niali P.S.Case No.179 of 2022 and move for bail within a period of three weeks from today,

// 2 // they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned magistrate may deem just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
