that there is already service of notice involving O.L.R. Misc. Case No.106 of 2021 on the opposite parties therein. Considering the innocuous prayed involved herein, this Court in disposal of the writ petition observes in the even notice involving O.L.R. Misc. Case No.106 of 2021 is already completed, steps as appropriate be taken for early disposal of the aforesaid proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
