This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present Petitioner, who is a young lady of 32 years has been entangled in the present case and the Petitioner has no nexus to the present case. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that to solve the family dispute the Petitioner came to Cuttack along with her parents, but cunningly the complainant has entangled her along with her parents in the case without any valid reason. 5.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the

// 2 // event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C. (City), Cuttack in G.R. Case No.338 of 2022 arising out of Chauliaganj P.S.Case No.82 of 2022 and moves for bail within a period of three weeks from today, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned magistrate may deem just and proper. 6.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
