This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.5751 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 13.06.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner but in 4th line of paragraph-3 and 2nd line of paragraph-5, the name of the court has been wrongly mentioned as "S.D.J.M., Kendrapara" instead of "A.D.J. S.J.-cum-Special Court, Kendrapara", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 4th line of paragraph-3 and 2nd line of paragraph-5 of the order dated 13.06.2022 it be mentioned as "A.D.J. S.J.-cum-Special Court, Kendrapara" in place

// 2 // of "S.D.J.M., Kendrapara", rest part of the order shall remain intact. 5.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 13.06.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.5751 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 6.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
