This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in Soro P.S. Case No.624 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1181 of 2019 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Soro running for the alleged commission of offence under section -328/376 of the IPC, has filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order passed on 25.06.2020 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
