02. 1. This matter is taken up through Virtual Mode.

2. The present contempt has been filed for the alleged deliberate violation of the interim order dated 30.05.2018 passed by this Court in I.A. No.7971 of 2018 arising out of W.P.(C) No.9400 of 2018, whereby the Opposite Party was restrained from going for a fresh tender.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present contempt has become infructuous as the time period for the said tender has lapsed long time ago.

4. In view of the above submission, the CONTC is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner
