Order No.

1. This application has been filed by the petitioner-company under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. to set aside the order dated 23.02.2022 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Berhampur in I.C.C. Case No.260 of 2015 and to transfer the same from the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Berhampur to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Panposh, Rourkela.

2. Dr.P.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the TRP (CRL) with liberty to file an appropriate application challenging the order dated 23.02.2022 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Berhampur in I.C.C. Case No.260 of 2015. To that effect, he files a memo in Court today. The same be kept on record.

3. Considering the said prayer, the TRP (CRL) is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .........................
