1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 18.05.2022 passed in CRLMC No.1349 of 2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party

3. After hearing both the parties, the I.A. is allowed. The expressions "S.T. Case No.200 of 2018" and "Sessions Judge, Kendrapara" mentioned in the order dated 18.05.2022 be corrected as "G.R. Case No.393(A) of 2014" and "J.M.F.C., Pattamundai". The rest part of the said order remains unaltered. Certified copy be corrected accordingly.

4. I.A. is disposed of.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
