Nanda states that the directions passed by this Court on 1st September, 2014 in W.P.(C) No. 11775 of 2014 in respect of exchange of land, it is submitted that the representation has been disposed of vide order dated 8th April, 2015 passed by the Collector, Cuttack under due intimation to the petitioner. Thus, he submits that nothing survive in the present contempt.
