Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that as per the instruction received by her from the Court below; the sole Appellant is dead and the period prescribed for substitution his legal representatives has also expired. She submits to have received no such correspondence from the legal heirs of the Appellant so as to further pursue this Appeal of the year 2016, which is lying on the Board without being admitted. 4.

In the above state of affair, the Appeal stands dismissed. 5.
