Heard Mr.A.B.Parida, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Moharana, learned Additional Standing Counsel for Vigilance.

According to Mr.Parida the petitioners are aggrieved by non-disposal of Vigilance Trial No. 25 of 2011 arising out of Balasore vigilance P.S. Case No. 41 dated 30.9.2008 though petitioner Nos. 3 to 6 have retired from service in the meantime. On account of pendency of the said case, the petitioners are facing several difficulties. Accordingly, he prays that a direction be issued to learned Special Judge(Vigilance), Balasore to dispose of the aforesaid case within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Special Judge(Vigilance), Balasore to
// 2 // make all endeavour to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law by the end of this year, if there is no other impediment.

Accordingly the CRLMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
