This Court records the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that petitioner wants to challenge the impugned order at Annexure-3 passed by the Appellate Authority so far it relates to directing record of land in favour of Sunil Khandual, opposite party no.1 in the writ petition. The writ petition is not entertainable for the statutory remedy of revision available. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn but however with liberty as prayed for.
