Heard learned counsel for the state and perused the record. 4.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 24.06.2011 passed in O.A. No. 1139 of 2009 and to direct the opposite parties to enlist the petitioner as D.L.R. and pass orders for regularization of her service keeping in mind the date of joining in service as 10.08.1989. 5.

By the time, the writ petition was filed, the petitioner was aged about 47 years and in the meantime since 11 years have been passed, the petitioner has attained the age of 58 years.

None is there on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the case. Since this is an year old matter, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the same. 7.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
