1. The present petition is restored to the file in view of the order passed today in CRLMA No.122 of 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.3 confirms that the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.3 have got married and they are living happily together. They are blessed with a son.

3. In that view of the matter, G.R.Case No.781 of 2017 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Kendrapara arising out of Marshaghai P.S. Case No.116 of 2017 and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.
