The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. S.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

MACA No.271 of 2020 was dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 16th July, 2020 to deposit the deficit court fees.

It is submitted that though the court fees were purchased but the same could not be filed due to COVID-19 pandemic as no-one was allowed to enter into the court premises. It is further submitted that the delay in filing the CMAPL is due to prevalence of same COVID-19 pandemic.

Considering such submissions, the delay in filing the application is condoned and the CMAPL is allowed. MACA No.271 of 2020 is restored to the original file.

The court fees filed in the appeal on 3rd August, 2020 be accepted on record.
