This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned AGA for the State.

The writ petition involves the following prayer: "Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ applicable and direct to the Opposite parties to fix the grade pay of the petitioner amounting to Rs.4600/- as per Clause-10 of the Govt. Resolution dated 06.02.2013 under Annexure-1 series from the date of completion of 30 years of service, 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating his grievance, Petitioner has filed a representation before the Opposite Party No.5, dated 20.04.2022 under Annexure-7, which according to the Petitioner is pending for consideration. 5.
Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Divisional Forest Officer, Athagarh Division, Cuttack, Opposite
// 2 // Party No.5 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 20.04.2022 (Annexure-7) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
