1. Learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2 agrees that the parties have married and are living happily together.

2. In that view of the matter, Ghasipura P.S. Case No.252 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.700 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Anandapur and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed. The CRLMC is disposed of.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
