2. By means of this petition, the Petitioners seek to quash the order dated 2nd September, 2014 passed by the learned J.M.F.C, Salipur in G.R. Case No.313 of 2010. However, no step has been taken even for removal of defects since 2016. In such eventuality, there is no point in keeping this petition alive. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed for non prosecution.
