1. The only prayer urged now by the Petitioner is that the seized Order No.

vehicles which were earlier parked outside the premises of the Badambadi Police Station should be now disposed of. Detailed directions have already been issued by the Court for disposal of vehicles and other seized materials under the NDPS Act in separate proceedings. The Court has no doubt that the Respondent authorities will abide by those directions and dispose of the seized materials. No further cause of action as such survives for the Court's interference as far as the present petition is concerned.
