After some arguments were advanced by Mr. Avijit Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner, when the Court takes a view that it is purely a money claim and the same is barred by limitation, he made a prayer that the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition and may be permitted to withdraw same. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
