This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 05.08.2022 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.4478 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Perused the recitals in the I.A.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner is not able to furnish cash security of Rs.3,00,000/- as directed by this Court vide order dated 05.08.2022 for which the Petitioner is still in custody and the Petitioner is facing hardship to arrange Rs.3,00,000/- to be released on bail. 6.

Considering the hardship of the Petitioner to arrange the cash security of Rs.3 lakhs to be released on bail, the condition relating to cash security of Rs.3 lakhs is modified to Rs.1,50,000/-

(rupees one lakh fifty thousand). Other condition imposed pursuant to the order dated 05.08.2022 shall remain unaltered. The modified amount shall be treated in the manner as directed in the original order dated 05.08.2022.

With the aforesaid order, this I.A. stands disposed of. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
