Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Selection of Anganwadi Worker of Anganwadi Centre of Balarampurgarh under the administrative control of CDPO, Dharmasala is the subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition.

Admittedly the grievance of the petitioner can be ventilated and redressed by preferring an appeal to the appellate authority, i.e., A.D.M., Jajpur, who has been arrayed as Opposite Party No.4.

Hence, this writ petition is disposed giving liberty to the petitioner to move the appellate authority within a period of six weeks hence. If such an appeal is preferred statutory

authority shall do well to dispose of the same expeditiously after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned. 6.
