Heard Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate and Ms. P. Naidu, learned counsel for opposite party No.2. 2.

Since both Mr. Nanda and Ms. Naidu submit that the petitioner has got adequate remedy under Sub-Section (3) of Section 25 of the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951, Mr. Mishra wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner. 3.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
