Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that since the lease period is already over, he wants to take instruction what steps to be taken.

Since the lease period is over, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, if he so advised in terms of agreement/DTCN, which is applicable to him.
