After some argument were advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, while this Court was not inclined to entertain the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner wanted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as aforesaid.
