This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Joda P.S. Case No.66/2022 , corresponding to P.S. Case No.220/2022 in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Barbil, for the alleged offences under Sections 147 / 148 / 149 / 186 / 294 / 323 /341 / 353 / 332 / 506 / 153-A/ 120-B / 295-A/ 307 of I.P.C. read with Section 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 r/w. Section 7 of the Criminal Law (2nd Amendment) Act, 1983.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the co-accused persons have been earlier released on bail by this Court in ABLAPL Nos.4649 and 4730 of 2022 on dated 20.05.2022 and 24.05.2022 respectively.

Considering the nature of allegations and materials on record,

// 2 // it is directed that on surrendering before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the Petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the said Court. 6.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
