It is alleged that even though there has been showing of some Order No.

progress on the application of the Petitioner for regularization of building plan and there has been compliance of some requirement in the meantime, but there is no finality to the request of the Petitioner. 2.

Considering that the case of the Petitioner is pending with the Cuttack Municipal Corporation, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the City Planner, Cuttack Municipal CorporationOpposite Party No.3 to complete the desired action on the application of the Petitioner in the matter of regularization of the building plan, within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
