This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Spl. (POCSO) Case No.47 of 2021, on the files of Adhoc A.D.J.-cum (FTSC), Jajpur, arising out of Ramchandrapur P.S. Case No.60 of 2021, under Sections 376(2)(f)(n)(3) of IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act and is in custody since 23.03.2021.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Adhoc A.D.J.-cum (FTSC), Jajpur, by order dated 09.08.2021 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Considering the tenor of 164 Cr.P.C. statement and being cognizant of the fact that charge sheet has already been filed, this
Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 6.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
