This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard Mr. B.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A. Mohanty, learned counsel who has instruction to appear on behalf of Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2. 3.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. To update the employee and employer contributing share till to the date of retirement of the petitioner i.e. 30.04.2021.

2. To sanction the retrial pensionary benefit as due and admissible along with the final withdrawal of the EPF contributions into the UAN Account No.101212424621 of the petitioner within a reasonable period".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 within a period of (15) fifteen days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be

// 2 // considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of the two months from the date of filing of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
